Financial Transactions: When you pay for any temple purpose you will be engaging in a financial transaction. In any such transaction, you will be asked to provide certain financial information to effectuate a bank transfer. We do not retain your account and routing numbers. We transfer it to a third party for payment processing. All of that information is submitted directly and securely to a third-party payment processor and we do not retain any financial information submitted. Transactions which are successfully debited by payment gateway but not confirmed back to our system are deemed to be failed transactions. All such transaction are eligible for refund post reconciliation with the 3rd party. Payment done for Pooja or other temple related purpose is final and cannot be cancelled.
